Permobond® RS-5610 Black Bromobutyl Rubber Protective Rubber Lining allows
the same workability as other butyl linings but exhibits stronger physical characteristics than the other
butyl counterparts. The RS-5610 comes with a proprietary bonding layer for added adhesion. The
RubberSource bonding layer also will give the same service condition resistance as the face stock. The
5610 can handle constant temperatures of 260°F (127°F) with temperature spikes to 310 °F (154°C).

RS-B55 Pre Cured Black Bromobutyl made from bromobutyl polymer. It combines the
properties of good heat resistance, and very good resistance to corrosive acids and alkalies, while still
retaining a moderate abrasion resistance. It has excellent resistance to ozone and outdoor weathering
effects, and suitable for use with a range of chemicals including oxygenated solvents and hydraulic
fluid. Suitable for most applications where high acid, chemical or temperature resistance is required. A
rubber polymer blend with up to 70% bromobutyl and abrasion resistant rubber makes it suitable for
many applications. Also shows low permeability to compressed gases. Available with a bonding layer.

Permobond® RS-0545 Black Lead Cure Neoprene® (CR) Rubber The lead
content imparts better flame resistance, weather ability and ozone resistance than a typical CR rubber
formulation. The permeation resistance of the mineral, vegetable, and animal oils is also better than
all other CR linings. RS-0545 has good resistance to paraffinic and naphthenic oils of higher molecular
weight but swell extensively in aromatic oils of low molecular weight. With the lead curing package and
the addition of higher levels of filler loading we have improved the crosslink giving it exceptional resistance
to oils, abrasion, and swelling in aqueous solutions and slurries.
